Terms of Service
Draft. This wording is a draft and is waiting for our solicitor to review it before launch.
Who These Terms Are With
These terms are between you (the business using Fallow) and us, the people who run Fallow. By making an account you agree to them.
Your Account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to it.
Your Information Is Yours
What you put into Fallow belongs to your business. We only use it to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy explains. You can download it at any time.
What Fallow Does And Does Not Do
Fallow helps you quote, run jobs and invoice. It never moves money and never sends anything to your customers without your tap. The figures it shows come from what you enter; check them before you rely on them.
Paying For Fallow
What Fallow costs, and how billing works, will be set out here before anybody is charged.
Fair Use
Do not use Fallow to break the law, to send messages people have not agreed to, or to try to get into another business’s information.
When Things Go Wrong
We work to keep Fallow running and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending Your Account
You can stop using Fallow at any time. Take a copy of your information first; deleted records are removed for good after a short time.
Changes To These Terms
If these terms change we will tell you before the change takes effect.
